We also check packaging condition and product expiry dates during stocking and service visits.
Maintenance & Machine Support
We manage routine upkeep and coordinate technical support with the equipment vendor when required.

If a user reports a payment or dispensing issue, we review the available transaction details and coordinate resolution under the applicable support and refund process.
